System IRATA – Training and Levels
The IRATA system comprises three levels of progression, often referred to by the abbreviations L1, L2, and L3. Trainees start at the first level (L1) and can renew their certification or progress to higher levels in subsequent years.
How does the training look?
- Duration: IRATA training lasts 5 days, with an additional day allocated for the examination. Each training day includes approximately 8 hours of instruction.
- Exam: The certification takes place in the form of an assessment, conducted by an independent examiner who visits the accredited training centre.
- Scope: The training covers both theoretical and practical parts, and the exam tests knowledge and skills in both these areas.
