Online Store Terms and Conditions
Before using our online shop and services, please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1. General Provisions
1. By accessing and using this website, you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to abide by them.
2. The Regulations define the rules for using the online shop “indux5”, hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”, available at the address “www.indux5.com”.
3. The owner and operator of the website “www.indux5.com” is:

The regulations are made available to the user free of charge before the conclusion of the electronic service provision agreement.
5. These Terms and Conditions are the terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
6. These Regulations specify, in particular:
a) the rules for registering and using an account within the online shop;
b) the terms and conditions for making electronic reservations for products available within the online shop;
c) terms and conditions for submitting Orders electronically within the online shop;
d) principles for concluding Sale Agreements using the services provided within the Online Shop.
7. Use of the online shop is possible provided that the teleinformatic system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
(1) A computer or laptop with Internet access; (2) E-mail access; (3) Internet browser: Mozilla Firefox version 47.0 and higher (stable) or Internet Explorer version 11.0 and higher (stable), Opera version 38.0 and higher (stable), Google Chrome version 49.0 and higher (stable), Safari version 9.0 and higher (stable); (4) Enable Cookies and Javascript in the internet browser; (5) Access to a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages.
8. To use the online shop, the Customer must obtain access to a computer workstation or end device with internet access at their own expense.
9. In accordance with applicable law, ProAdept reserves the right to restrict the provision of services through the online shop to individuals under the age of 18. In such a case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
10. Customers can access these Terms and Conditions at any time via a link posted on the homepage of the www.indux5.com website, and can download and print them.
11. Information about the Goods provided on the Website, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
2. Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
1. Client – an individual, a legal entity or an organisational unit without legal personality, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, who places an Order within the Shop;
2. Civil Code – Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
3. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic services within the online shop “indux5”
4. Online Shop (Shop) – a website available at “www.indux5.com” through which the Customer can, in particular, place Orders;
5. Service – services offered in the Online Shop;
6. Sale Agreement – a sale agreement for Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between ProAdept and the Customer, entered into using the Store's internet service;
7. Act on specific conditions for consumer sales – Act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions for consumer sales and on amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended);
8. Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means – Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
9. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.
3. Terms of Use of the Online Shop
1. The condition for starting to use the Online Shop is to register within it.
2. Registration is carried out by completing and accepting the registration form, available on one of the Shop's pages.
3. Registration is conditional upon agreement to the content of the Regulations and the provision of personal data marked as mandatory.
4. ProAdept may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Shop, as well as limit their access to part or all of the Online Shop's resources, with immediate effect, in the event of the Customer's breach of the Terms and Conditions, and in particular when the Customer:
a) provided false, inaccurate, or outdated information during registration in the online shop, which was misleading or infringed the rights of third parties,
b) has infringed the personal rights of third parties through the online shop, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online shop,
c) engages in other conduct which ProAdept considers to be conduct contrary to applicable legal regulations or general principles of Internet use, or which damages the good name of ProAdept and/or the website “www.indux5.com”.
5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store cannot re-register without the prior consent of ProAdept.
6. To ensure the security of message and data transmission in connection with the services provided within the Website, the Online Shop takes technical and organisational measures appropriate to the degree of security risk of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.
7. The client is obliged in particular to:
a) not delivering or transmitting content prohibited by law, e.g. content promoting violence, defamation, or infringing the personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) using the Online Shop in a way that does not disrupt its operation, in particular by using specific software or devices,
c) not taking actions such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Online Shop,
d) using the Online Shop in a way that is not burdensome to other customers or to ProAdept.
e) using any content posted on the Online Shop solely for your own personal use,
f) using the Online Shop in a manner consistent with the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of these Regulations, as well as general rules of using the Internet.
4. Procedure for concluding the Sale Agreement
1. To conclude a Sales Agreement through the Online Shop, you must go to the website “www.indux5.com”, select the Service, and undertake consecutive technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
2. The Customer selects the Services they wish to order by adding them to the basket.
3. During the Order placement process – up until the moment the „Order” button is pressed – the Customer has the ability to modify the entered data and the selection of Services. To do this, the Customer should follow the messages displayed to them and the information available on the website.
4. Once the Customer using the Online Shop has provided all the necessary details, an order summary will be displayed. The order summary will contain information regarding:
the subject of the order,
b) the unit and total price of the ordered products or services.
c) the selected payment method,
5. To send the Order, you must accept the terms of these Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory, and press the „Buy and pay” button.
6. The Customer's submission of an Order constitutes a declaration of intent to enter into a Sales Agreement with ProAdept, in accordance with the terms of the Regulations.
7. Upon placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail titled “Thank you for shopping in our Store” containing a final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
8. The agreement shall be deemed concluded upon the Customer's receipt of the e-mail referred to above.
The sales agreement is concluded in Polish, and its content aligns with the Regulations.
10. ProAdept may refuse to enter into an Agreement or provide services in the event of:
a) the Customer's refusal to accept the Terms and Conditions,
the Client providing incomplete or untrue details.
5. Order fulfilment
1. Once ProAdept has received payment from the customer, they will send the necessary information required to fulfil the order via email.
a) for advertising packages/subscriptions, confirmation of activation, invoice and, where necessary, login details or acceptance of an already registered account,
b) advertisements on the website of the service “www.indux5.com”, confirmation of advert placement,
c) for company verification and monitoring, email notification of company status, and an invoice.
6. Prices and payment methods
1. Service prices are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT (with the rate highlighted), customs duties, and all other components.
2. The customer has the option to pay the amount for the Service:
a) by bank transfer to Millenium bank account number:

b) using electronic payments (payment card, BLIK, Pay by Link) available on the Shop's website.
7. Termination of the Agreement
For contracts concluded remotely via the website “www.indux5.com”. Withdrawal from the contract requires written notification via electronic correspondence (email):
a) The consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason. This period is counted from the day the service (advertising package, advertisement) is delivered, or from the day the contract is concluded (for services).
b) The consumer cannot withdraw from the service (i.e. checking and monitoring companies) within 14 days if they have requested the commencement of the service before the expiry of the 14-day period.
c) The consumer may not withdraw from the service within 14 days if the service has already been fully performed and the customer has consented (i.e., advertisement, job posting, on the Service for a specific period shorter than 14 days). In such a case, the customer will be informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
d) Refund of funds. In the event of a justified withdrawal from the agreement, the funds will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the agreement. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different method.
8. Complaints regarding the provision of services electronicallyą
ProAdept takes action to ensure the full and correct operation of the Store, to the extent technically possible, and undertakes to rectify any irregularities reported by Customers within a reasonable timeframe.
2. The Client is obliged to immediately inform ProAdept of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Shop service.
3. Irregularities related to the functioning of the Shop can be reported by the Customer in writing to:

4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their full name, correspondence address, the nature and date of the irregularity related to the functioning of the Shop.
5. ProAdept undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be resolved.
9. Final Provisions
1. Any disputes arising between ProAdept and a Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant articles of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Any disputes arising between ProAdept and a Client who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22(1) of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the court competent for the seat of ProAdept.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services, and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. ProAdept shall not be liable for information provided about products/services by Companies advertised on the “indux5” website.
