The service is an online platform allowing the presentation of companies, technicians, specialists, advertisements, events, training courses, and other industry-related content.

The terms and conditions are made available to the user free of charge before the conclusion of a contract for the provision of electronic services.

2. Definitions

• Service — Indux5 online platform.
• Administrator — INDUX5.
• User – an individual, legal entity or organisational unit using the service.
• Account — a user's personal dashboard on the service.
• Basic package — free scope of services.
• Premium Package - Paid scope of extended services.
• Extended Package — paid extended service scope.
• Content — any materials published by the user.

2. Types of services

The service may in particular enable:

• account creation,
• user profiling,
• publication of company business cards,
• the publication of announcements and offers,
• publication of events and training,
• sending messages or notifications,
• use of promotional and advertising services,
• Access to paid extended features.

3. Registration and account

1. Opening an account requires you to provide truthful and up-to-date details.
2. The user is responsible for the security of their login and password.
3. The user may not share the account with third parties.
4. The user is responsible for actions taken from their account, unless they report loss of access or misuse.
5. This model is standard in large portals that require real data, one account and password confidentiality.

4. Publishing rules

1. Users may only publish content that complies with the law, good conduct, and the terms and conditions.
2. The user declares that they possess the rights to the published materials and that their publication does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
3. It is forbidden to publish content:

• misleading,
• infringing copyright,
• infringing personal rights,
• offensive,
• spam,
• impersonating other people or companies.

The administrator may remove or hide content that does not comply with the Terms of Service.

5. Administrator Rights

The administrator of the indux5.com service has the right to:

• refusal to publish,
• temporary suspension of the account,
• account deletion,
• functional limitations,
• user blocks, in case of violation of the law, the Regulations, good customs, or acting to the detriment of the service or other users.

6. User Content Licence

1. Users retain the rights to their content.
2. By publishing content on the website, the user grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, technically process, promote, and distribute such content to the extent necessary for the operation and promotion of the website.
3. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials from this website solely for personal, non-commercial, transient viewing.

7. Prohibitions

The user cannot:

• copy the service databases,
• to automatically download data,
• use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools,
• to use data from the service for spam,
• to bypass technical safeguards,
• publish false information about qualifications, accreditations, or activities.

8. Packages and payments

1. The service may offer a basic package and paid packages.
2. Every new user can receive a one-off free promotional period for the Premium Package for 3 months from the date of registration.
3. Once the promotional period ends, the account will revert to the basic package, unless the user purchases further access to the paid package.
4. Charges for paid services are collected in advance, unless otherwise stated for a given service.
5. Payment activation occurs after the payment has been credited.
6. A current price list for paid services is published on the website or provided to the user before the agreement is concluded.

10. Complaints

1. A complaint can be submitted electronically to the following address: office@indux5.com
2. The complaint should include the user's details and a description of the problem.
3. The administrator shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

11. Withdrawal from the contract

1. If the user is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from a distance contract on the terms resulting from the applicable regulations.
2. If the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, the user may be required to provide their express consent and acknowledge the consequences of such commencement. The UOKiK describes this as a standard for online services.

12. Responsibility

1. The administrator strives to ensure the service operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services.
2. The administrator shall not be liable for:

• user-generated content,
• the consequences of decisions made by users based on data from the service,
• the consequences of contacts or agreements made between users,
• damage resulting from the user providing false information,
• Technical breaks beyond the Administrator's control.

13. Amendments to the Regulations

1. The Administrator may amend the Regulations for important reasons, such as:

• amendment of the law,
• development of website functionality,
• change of service model,
• security considerations.

1. The user will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions with due notice.
2. We reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any time and without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
3. Changes do not work backwards.
